Tycho is a final-year medical student at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam with a strong interest in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is particularly drawn to hand surgery because of its intricate anatomy, technical precision, and the opportunity to restore both function and quality of life.
He is currently involved in hand surgery research, with the aim of contributing to improved patient outcomes while further developing his academic and clinical interests in plastic surgery.
Outside of medicine, Tycho enjoys playing the guitar, making pottery, and traveling.
