Lei Yang is a visiting scholar in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. She is from China and received her doctoral degree from Hebei Medical University. She serves as an associate chief physician and associate professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University. Her clinical and research interests focus on reconstructive surgery, breast surgery, scar management, and wound healing. During her visiting scholarship, she aims to further develop her research skills and engage in academic collaboration in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
