Jacob Y. Katsnelson, MD

Microvascular Surgery Fellow

Jacob grew up in Denver, Colorado. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley majoring in Chemical Biology with a minor in Anthropology. He attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine for medical school, and completed general surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson Health-Abington Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He became interested in plastic surgery, especially complex reconstruction after trauma and cancer, during his general surgery training and completed plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Outside the hospital, he enjoys hiking, playing music on piano and accordion, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
