Ronald Strang's leg muscle, an innovative trial by researchers the University of Pittsburgh helped his muscle regenerate. He regained mobility and continues to serve his country as a VA police lieutenant. Building on their finds, Pitt researchers are exploring new ways to help injured veterans and others.
