The Department of Plastic Surgery, in collaboration with the Department of Bioengineering developed an ergonomic guide to help hand surgeons adopt safer operating techniques and reduce their risk of musculoskeletal injury to ensure safer, sustainable surgery, which was published in the Journal of Hand Surgery.
